Ed has 28 years of top level leadership experience in R&D, operations and retailing organizations. His experience includes energizing old and new organizations in food and beverage manufacturing, product development, retail sales and entertainment industries. His accomplishments include the successful financial makeover of a 35 MM dollar / year retail store, substantial fund raising for both private and public education programs, development of a world class operation of a new $600,000,000 beverage facility for a major national corporation and the successful creation and ownership of a professional hockey sports franchise.

Ed has earned recognition in personnel management for both his writing and lectures detailing " A Design and Philosophy for Empowerment" of teams in self directed work systems. He has a solid background and ability to conduct successful negotiations with government, community, executive, financial and labor entities. He is a creative thinker with a proven track record of increasing sales and profits that routinely acts to turn innovative ideas into reality. Edward is a graduate of Michigan State University.
