Radke, Alan Wm.

Alan Wm. Radke is co-founder and acts as Chief Operating Officer of Greener Bags, L.L.C. With offices in San Antonio, Shanghai, and Qingdao, Greener Bags manufactures packaging products with distribution in the Pacific Rim and the United States.

Radke also serves as General Counsel for PTS International, Inc. a Texas corporation. The holder of worldwide patents for a drug used in the treatment of cancers, PTS is currently conducting Phase 3 clinical trials in 18 hospitals throughout China for the treatment of head, neck, and breast cancer. Two years ago, the Chinese government granted permission for the treatments of patients with late stage liver and lung cancer, the first ever for an individual corporation. Expected approval from the Chinese State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) is mid 2008. The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) granted PTS approval for an (Investigational New Drug) to conduct clinical trials in the United States. Awaiting revision and approval of the Clinical Protocol, studies in the United States are expected to begin shortly.

Other positions include Vice President and General Counsel for Sun Research Institute, L.L.C., where is Radke is a co-founder. Located in San Antonio, Sun Research Institute is an independent research facility conducting Phase 3 and Phase 4 clinical trials for major pharmaceutical companies. Radke also acts as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies in transacting business in China. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history and anthropology from the University of Wisconsin and a law degree from St. Mary’s University.
