Zhao, Austin Z.

Mr. Austin Zhao brings over 20 years of experience in international trade with extensive background in conducting business in both China and U.S. as executive officers for several companies. His expertise includes import and export trading, sourcing, outsourcing, identifying new markets for established and introductory products, and setting up distribution networks. He is also experienced in establishing new companies, corporate acquisitions and trade delegation arrangements.

Formerly he was General Manger of A & G Toys, Houston, Texas; Executive Vice-President of DL America, Houston, Texas; and General Manager of Shunlida Company, a unit of DZIEC, which was a state-owned international trade company in Dalian, China, and ranked in the top 500 in foreign trade industry in China. He was also one of the 11 directors of the Paraffin Wax Committee under China Chamber of Commerce of Metals, Minerals & Chemicals Importers & Exporters.

Mr. Austin Zhao holds a BA in Business Administration from The Central University of Nationalities. He speaks Chinese, English and basic Japanese, and has extensive cross cultural experience.
